At the Masterclass New Technology we should people how to upload files to the Internet Archive via a web browser using windows. It is quite a clunky process.
Much easier is to use the CcPublisherccPublisher is a tool that does two things: it will help you tag your audio and video files with information about your license and it allows you to upload Creative Commons-licensed audio and video works to the Internet Archive for free hosting. You also have the option of publishing the licensed and tagged audio works on your own site.

The ScotEduBlog Meetup is open to anyone who wants to come, not just edubloggers. It might help if you know or want to know what a blog is, enjoy a drink and eating fine food.
Read on at the Meetup Wiki for more details and to take part in organising the event.
When?
May 24th, from 5.00pm until around 9.00pm and beyond
Where?
In Edinburgh, to coincide with the end of eLive!
First suggestions?:
The Jolly Judge pub for Guinness and Bordeaux, 5.00pm-7.00pm (free wifi)
Daniel’s Bistro, Leith, 7.30pm (no wifi, really good food and wine, about £12-15 a head, sample menu on their site)

Glaitness Primary 7 Blog

Tim Geddes who was at the Masterclass New Technology course is blogging with the Glaitness Primary 7. So far there is a pile of video clips of the classes trip to Nethybridge Outdoor Centre. It must have been great for the parents to be able to see their children having a good time. I think this must be a Scottish first.
